A unique alchemy of comforting chasteberry (vitex agnus-castus), lady's mantle, nettle, cramp bark, and chamomile, purposefully blended with crab apple flower essence for ease and balance during your menstrual cycle. This blend also contains herbs to support fertility and help to prepare the body for conception.

Founder Zoe, has relied on these herbs for the past 15 years to help with her menstrual cycle, managing pain, discomfort and mood.

Crab apple flower essence is for cleansing thoughts of self-loathing, shame and fear. It helps bring the mind into a place to restore self respect and love.

Sourced from herbs and flowers from British and EU organic farms who grow these herbs in tune with the moon. This native botanical tincture has helping herbs for soul and soil.

 

Ingredients

Purposeful ingredients (80% UK, single-origin):
Water, cane sugar alcohol*, chasteberry (vitex agnus-castus)*^, lady's mantle (alchemilla vulgaris)*^, nettle (urtica dioica)*^, cramp bark (viburnum opulus)*^, German chamomile (matricaria chamomilla)*, crab apple flower essence (malus pumila). *certified organic, ^biodynamically grown.

Herb to liquid ratio: 1:2

V/V alcohol 45%

Instructions

Drop 1/3 pipette directly under the tongue or in a glass of liquid, up to 3 times a day. 72 servings per 50ml bottle. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Please note: Agnus Castus should not be used by anyone undergoing infertility treatment and is also not recommended by anyone on birth control. It should not be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women. Seek professional medical advice first if pregnant, breastfeeding or if taking any other medication.
