Rose Tea Meditation with Adrienne / 07.05.26

Join us for a special Rose Tea Meditation held by herbalist Adrienne. 

Together we’ll commune with rose through her beautiful waters - opening the senses of the body to listen, feel, learn, and receive with presence. Rose holds the highest vibratory frequency of any other plant on the planet - in communing with her, we attune to her vibration and become embodied by the ways of her. This gathering will be soft, nourishing, and restorative to your whole being. We will do a plant study in the end, to learn all about Rose and her properties and stories. Come as you are. Bring a journal + pen with you.

Adrienne is an herbalist, messenger of the Earth, guide + ceremonialist, and teacher. She loves nothing more than communing with the Earth + the elements and sharing their profound wisdom + gifts. Adrienne is trained in the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing, Sacred Plant Medicine, Holistic Healing, and Traditional Herbalism. Her path of study is one that explores the connection of the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of wellness in both linear + non-linear realms. Adrienne’s calling is to guide others in their quest to reconnect with the earth, spirit, and their own bodies + hearts. Through her work, she offers a sacred space for individuals to access wisdom, support, healing and connection with the earth + themselves. She is passionate about helping others traverse the intricate interplay of the physical and shamanic realms to allow the plants to guide one in the unearthing of the profound beauty that resides within all.
