Cha Dao - The Way of Tea with Anita Nova 31.01.2025

We invite you for a gentle, and profoundly powerful tea-meditation with Anita Nova at the Wunder Cafe - to reconnect to the subtle energies in oneself, nature and others.

Cha Dao is an ancient meditation practice, in which through communing with the wisdom of the tea leaf one opens portals of the abundant world within, rewriting the way we relate to everything. It’s a mesmerizing dance, repeated for thousands of years.

A recommended practice for introducing slowness and mindfulness through simplicity. 

Why meditate with tea? On a physical level when drinking high quality traditionally produced ceremonial teas it’s common to feel centered, alert, purified, vibrant without being overstimulated. 

The tea served is ceremonial grade, from wild trees, organic and traditionally grown, harvested and processed at its origin in a tiny village in the Bing Dao region in Yunnan, renowned for the most delicious teas. 

Anita Nova is a Cha Dao tea, meditation and embodiment facilitator. She is a devoted student and teacher of the ancient Daoist traditional healing arts and wisdom connecting heart, body, spirit. She transmits deep calmness and presence, inviting slowness, deeper connection to self and Mother Earth.

The practice doesn’t require previous experience, but your active participation in non-doing/ no mind state.
